Lydia R. Martin Anderson, 94, Indianapolis, died June 2, 2004. She was born April 7, 1910 in Washington County, IN. She worked for the dietary deptartment of Methodist Hospital, retiring in 1972. She was a volunteer interperter at Connor Prairie; a member of the sewing Circle at Cross & Crown Lutheran Church; Crestwood Village Puppy Pillow Project for Riley Hospital. Survivors include her son John M. Anderson; daughter Jane Willenbrock; sisters Lucille Clark and Freda Trefz; grandchildren Laura Simpkins, Chris Willenbrock, Ben and Brock Anderson; 2 great-grandchildren, Devin and Hayleigh Simpkins. Services will be held at 1:30 p.m. June 7 at Harry Moore Family Mortuaries, Allisonville Road Chapel, with calling from 11:30 a.m. until service time.
